It only takes one day to catch up…
Take care of lingering emails.
Return those phone calls.
Schedule neccessary appointments.
Go through and take care of that stack of mail and paperwork.
You’ll feel so good when you’re done, you won’t even need a reward. 😊
“If fear became her life, how could any person respect her? How could she respect herself? Fear keeps a victim in a constant state of uncertainty. She would never feel confident, secure, or positive about her life if she didn’t stay strong and fight her fears.”
And yes, this character does fight back against her fears. 💪
Hard to recognize you’re losing it, until you’ve lost it.
Sometimes we lock ourselves up.
Sometimes others try to lock us up.
But we have choices… when we are free, we have choices.
Cute animal videos often does the trick!
Puppies, kittens, baby goats…
Or an old favorite comedy.
Let some laughter lighten your load.
Know where you want to land and why.
Even if you have a strong emotional connection with your love, hold hands often to keep the physical connection.
Reach for his hand across the table.
Hold her hand in the car.
While you’re watching TV or reading… even if it’s just for a moment. Connection.
This month I focused on love… what can I say, I love Valentine’s Day and all things love and romance.
Even if we’re alone, we can still be grateful for the love around us and find ways to be very good to ourselves.

Traveling for Love
It’s about finding real love, not always easy to do. 😊
Pick one drawer, closet, or cupboard and clean it, organize it, declutter it. 😀
I’ve been doing a lot of this lately and it feels amazing!
My office was a tough one… still sorting papers. BUT WHAT A DIFFERENCE!
I feel lighter, less stress…
I’ve also been using sites like Poshmark, Craigslist, and Let Go.
I have a long way to go, but I’m getting there. My perfectly clean and ready-for-guests guest room has become my selling room– Perfect use of the space!
🤞I hope I am done by next month.
Touchable Love goes through a wonderful transformation because she declutters her life and learns how to face everything that holds her back.
Have a great day!
Today’s Challenge: Decide to be happy. 🙂
It’s been a bumpy month for me. I had to have a second surgery, I had to take two emotionally challenging trips, and my computer has given me lots of trouble. But through it all, I’m still happy! 🙂

Today’s Challenge: Stretch your neck.
After long hours at the computer or the stress of daily life, give your neck a treat and stretch.
I woke up early this morning and tried to go back to sleep. After tossing and turning for about fifteen minutes, I grabbed my cell phone to check messages and emails. To my surprise, I learned that my last novel,
Traveling for Love: Searching for Self, Hoping for Love, was a finalist in the Beverly Hills Book Awards. Yay! I think I’ll be happy for awhile… maybe the rest of the year! 🙂
