It only takes one day to catch up…
Take care of lingering emails.
Return those phone calls.
Schedule neccessary appointments.
Go through and take care of that stack of mail and paperwork.
You’ll feel so good when you’re done, you won’t even need a reward. 😊
When you’re feeling overwhelmed, pick two or three things to complete that day.
Write them down so you don’t forget or become distracted.
Only two or three. This is important.
Only two or three.
Now avoid everything else, and focus on achieving your two or three goals for the day.
Don’t go to bed until they are complete, or at least until you’ve made some great progress.
You got this!
Quit one of your goals.
One you have lost interest in.
One you will not achieve.
One you don’t care about anymore.
One you’ve been working on for years with no success.
One that’s been on your list, but you never try.
Let it go.
Shift to something better.
Close that door. Open a different door.
Don’t let an impossible dream drag you down.
Remove the distractions that hold you back.
Remove that burden, that extra weight, that mental block…
So you can be free!!
Free to pursue your truth.
Free to truly succeed.
Free to focus on what you ARE good at.
Free to be real.
Free to be HAPPY!!!
A great way to remove stress is to remove clutter.
Take photos of the things your heart wants to keep, but you know you should throw, donate, or sell.
It’s a process… if it’s overwhelming, start small… one drawer, one closet, one room…
You will love the results!
Need pointers? Drop me a line.
Clean, organize, declutter, update one room at a time.
Pick an easy room first. 🙂
Maybe a bathroom…
Or even a closet…
What a difference it makes in how you feel when you’re home.
One room is not so overwhelming.
I might have to flip a coin. It’s either the master bedroom or the kitchen. The kitchen needs some updating… painting… 🤔
Have a great weekend!!
Could be a shelf…
Or something bigger.
Donate your unwanted items, or you can try to make a little extra money by using online selling tools such as Poshmark and others.
Getting rid of things you no longer want or need is a wonderful way to lighten your load… reduce stress… energize your life!
In this moment, you are ok. Maybe get out and do something good for you. For YOU.
Write down 3 things you’re grateful for… Post the list where you will see it often.
