Write them down so you don’t forget or become distracted.

Now avoid everything else, and focus on achieving your two or three goals for the day.

Don’t go to bed until they are complete, or at least until you’ve made some great progress.

One that’s been on your list, but you never try.

Let it go.

Shift to something better.

Close that door. Open a different door.
